Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme is a specifically designed package for inserve untrained teachers working primary/upper primary schools of different states of country.D.El.Ed course is technically an elementary teacher training course. Diploma in Elementary Education is similar to D.Ed(Diploma in Education), J.B.T., D.T.Ed (Diploma in teachers Education) and ETT (Elementary Teacher Training) courses. In India Basic Teacher Certificate (BTC) / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a course offered for those are interested in pursuing a career in teaching.

Eligibility
